Shipping Policy

  1. Free Shipping on all orders over the value of Rs.10,000.

  2. We charge Rs.150 on all orders under the value of Rs.10,000.

  3. Orders received after 9:00 AM will be dispatched the next day.

  4. Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

  5. Delivery time is between 4 to 7 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping season or our mega sales events.

  6. We will deliver to the home or office address indicated by you when you place an order.

  7. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. We will try at least twice to deliver your order at the address indicated by you.

  8. We offer worldwide shipping with an estimated delivery time of 7 to 12 working days. Please note that this delivery timeframe does not include any local, national, or international holidays. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination country and customs clearance processes.

  9. Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the order. The exact shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  10. All duties, customs charges, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery, as per the regulations of the destination country.
